In order to better reflect the improvement of social services, achieve mutual caring, harmonize volunteer spirit, the Foundation began in 2013 to participate in territory-wide volunteer movement by the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department, information can be found in "justice action" in November 2013 Section 12, within the Volunteer Movement publication.
